BE/B.Tech in the concerned discipline with 65% aggregate marks &
ME/M.Tech in the concerned specialization with 60% aggregate marks

Scientist/Engineer (SD)

BE/B.Tech in the concerned discipline with 65% aggregate marks &
Ph.D in the concerned specialization.

Electronics, Electronics & Communications, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Computer Science
